The fully air conditioned apartment is larger than average at 81m2 and has two bedrooms, one double and one triple, a well fitted kitchen with all the refinements expected for an apartment on this exclusive development, a living area with furnishings for up to 7 guests including a double sofa bed and satellite TV with DVD player and DVDs. There is also a small selection of books which guests are welcome to read or swap with their books.There is a private furnished veranda overlooking young orange trees and other plantation. There is a communal pool which has been landscaped with a rock detail waterfall and the surrounds have been landscaped in keeping with the rest of the development.
