Villa Kalliope is furnished, air-conditioned and equipped to a very high standard and is a superb family holiday base. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to Serena Bay, with its idyllic views and heavenly tavernas, and the beautiful sandy beach at the Golden Coast Hotel and the beach area of Crystal Springs Hotel in the Pernera region of Protaras. Ayia Triada fishing harbour is a few minutes stroll and here you will find a beautiful small beach with shallow calm water perfect for children. Sun beds and umbrellas are available to hire or you can take your own. The villa is a short walk to several restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. Local buses run every 15 minutes into Protaras and Ayia Napa for the 'bright lights', clubs and special occasion dining. The new coastal path takes you from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, a short stroll of 15 minutes with fabulous sea views.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
All payments to be made either by cheque or credit card. £250 non returnable deposit required when booking. Discounts for 3 or more weeks and long winter lets available, please enquire. All stays include bed linen and towels but not beach towels. Additional cleaning by arrangement. Airport transfers can be arranged also cot hire. A small welcome pack can be provided at small cost.
Changeover day
Preferably weekends but we are flexible to fit in with school holidays etc. Departure time usually 12 noon, later time by arrangement.

Outside
Large 9 x 3m private pool, cleaned twice a week, surrounded by Mediterranean planting and an astroturf area in the private landscaped garden. An outside shower, 6 sun loungers, small tables and parasols are located around the pool area. A large six seater dining table and chairs with parasol and large built in barbecue are located on the patio area to the rear of the property. Garden lighting for evening entertaining.
Coast/Beach
This Eastern side of Cyprus is famous for its beautiful beaches, 2 beautifully quiet and tranquil small bays are within 5 minutes walk, with the larger beaches of Fig Tree, Nissi and Makronissos being a short (5 minutes or 15 minutes respectively) car journey. Beautiful Konnos beach with it's full water sports facilities and cliff top views and seafood taverna is 10 minutes by car. The beautiful Golden Coast marina is a short 10 minute walk.
Travel
Larnaca airport is 35 minutes from the property by the new motorway. Transfers or car hire can be arranged for your arrival.
Distances
We have several restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. The bright lights of Pernera is 2km away, with many bars, restaurants and shops. Protaras is 6km away, 10 minute drive or £2 euro bus fare, a little more sophisticated with cocktail bars, live music, Cypriot tavernas, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican restaurants, clubs and shops. Paralimni is 5 minutes drive with a wide range of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. This area is open all year round. Ayia Napa 15 minutes drive.
Further details
There are 2 small supermarkets for basic provisions within a short 2 minute stroll. 3 tavernas including a wonderful fish one located on the beach front next to Kousallis Beach Hotel. 2 hotels with cocktail bars with live music and entertainment. A large supermarket is 5 minutes drive away with cash points. The water park, go-carting in Ayia Napa, 15 minutes away. Water sports and scuba diving can be found locally in Pernera with the Aquarium and the Magic Dancing Water and Light Show is in Protaras.
Booking notes
£250 non returnable deposit per week booked, taken at time of booking, balance plus costs of extras (ie cot hire, airport transfers) to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £250 refundable deposit against breakages is taken with the balance. This charge is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of villa upon departure and return of keys.
