Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and is based on two people sharing. There will be an extra £10 fee for 3 or more guests. We offer discounts for rentals over 4 weeks.
Changeover day is flexible as long as the dates are available.
Bedrooms: The bedroom has twin beds which can easily be pushed together if desired, built-in wardrobes and dressing table with mirror. There is also a full length mirror. The bedroom also leads out to the open area of the patio where there are sun loungers. Bathrooms: There is a fully tiled en-suite bathroom with over bath shower, wash basin and WC.
There is also a fully tiled separate shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect such as, oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board, in fact everything you will need for self catering. Utility Room: There is a large utility cupboard in the hall area. Living Rooms: It is a spacious open plan living-dining area with a double sofa bed and armchair with a flat screen Satellite TV and DVD player with a few DVD's and an ipod docking station. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The lounge leads out to the patio. Other: Fully air-conditioned. A travel cot and highchair is available to hire for a small additional fee (paid locally). Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and bedlinen is provided but we ask you to bring your own pool and beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival but if you require a mid-clean there will be an extra charge payable locally. 
This is a no smoking apartment and we do not allow pets. Smoking must be kept to outside. Any breakages will have to paid for and so we will require a £100 refundable deposit. We can arrange for a welcome pack to be there upon your arrival which consists of the basic items such as tea, coffee, milk, water, sugar, biscuits, bread, butter, and jam for the cost of 15 euro's. Alternatively, we can provide whatever you require and you pay the cost of the goods as per the receipt together with an additional 5 euros to cover costs, paid locally. A travel cot and highchair are available to hire for a small additional fee (paid locally).
Lift and/or stairs to property. Suitable for Wheelchairs. There is an allocated private parking space for a car if you hire a vehicle for your stay (which we would recommend) if you intend to explore the island.
The apartment has a private patio which can be accessed from both the lounge and bedroom. It is furnished with a patio table and four chairs for you to relax or dine alfresco. There are also two sun loungers for you to use to soak up that Cyprus sun.
The complex has a shared pool and children's pool with stunning sea views. It also has the luxury of a gym and sauna plus a children's playground.
The nearest beach is Firemans Cove and is approx 20 mins walk. There are plenty of other beaches to choose from in this area which are easily reached by car or bicycle such as Pernera which is 5 mins by car. You can take a lovely coastal walk to the well known beach Fig Tree Bay in Protarus. Nissi Bay in Ayia Napa is 20 mins by car and is one of the best beaches on the island.
There is a golf course in construction near Ayia Napa. Paphos has a golf complex called Aphrodite Hills and there will be a golf course completed in 2010 at Tersefanou Country Club near Larnaca.
You can ski on the slopes of Mount Olympus. At 1951m.a.s.l., from the beginning of January to the end of March.
There are 2 international airports in Cyprus. The nearest is Larnaca airport which is 65km/40 min drive away. Paphos airport is at the other end of the island and is 2 hours drive away. Taxis are available from the airport or you can hire a car to collect from the airport. Alternatively we can arrange personal transfers if required, paid locally.
There is a 24 hour bakery close by. Supermarkets within walking distance and the bus stop is close by for all areas. You will also find a large array of shops and eateries as well as the main banks. Kapparis is a lovely resort and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. A bit further on there is the town Paralimni with its beautiful church and main square. There you will find plenty of cafe’s and taverna’s to try and see how the locals socialise. Protaras is only 7 mins
There is something for everyone in this location. There is authentic traditional sightseeing but also lots of themed pubs, restaurants and clubs for dancing the night away.
A £100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. We will also require a £100 refundable deposit against damages which will be refunded after your return once everything has been checked.
