Fully air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment situated on the second floor. The communal pool has a shower, toilets, sun loungers and parasols. Also undercover parking and lifts to the apartment. Located in a peaceful area of Kapparis. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people it is an open plan apartment kitchen, dining and lounge area, good size balcony, bathroom and two bedrooms. Blackout blinds in the lounge and bedrooms with neutral colours the apartment provides a cool environment. Kapparis is an up and coming area so this is an ideal area for those who wish to be close to a busy resort, but far enough away for peace and tranquility.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Will consider long terms rentals prices on request. There is a 10% discount on offer for bookings made 8 weeks before departure date. There is also discount of 10% on offer for booking made for over 21 days. For any return bookings made during the year a discount of 10% is on offer.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. If a new arrivalis due on your departure date then please be prepared to leave the apartment by 12 noon.

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking property and we are unable to accept bookings for single sex groups. This apartment caters for families and couples. All rooms have air conditioning (cooling and heating). Sorry no pets. There are variety of restaurants locally that serve a choice of local specialiaties and host entertaiment such as Cypriot dance and music. Protaras and Paralimni is just a 5 min drive and you could be in Ayia Napa in 10 - 15 mins drive. The town of Paralimni has a large supermarket and many boutiques, bars, cafes and resturants, perfect place for buying designer clothes. Both Protaras and Ayia Napa is great for the Nightlife and also there is plenty of things for the whole family such as waterparks, crazy golf, shopping and if you just want to relax there are many different beaches to visit, such as the popular Nissi Beach.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the Fireman's beach is about 15 to 20 mins walk, a beautiful and secluded beach with crystal clear water great for swimming and snorkelling. Cyprus is renowned for its fine beaches. Nissi beach is located to the west of Ayia Napa resort centre. This is a beautiful beach of fine golden sands, and great for watersports. Also the white sandy beaches of Protaras the most famous Fig Tree Bay. Cape Greco is 20 mins drive it is nature reseve and is worth visting.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is about 40 mins drive away, and can be accessed easily by taxi. Whilst car hire is not essential, it is advisable.
Distances
Within Kapparis centre you can find plenty of amenities. A range of bars, including cocktail bars, cafe and restaurants are open all year round.
Protaras is 5 mins drive where there are some beautiful sandy beaches such as the Fig Tree bay and great for entertainment in the evenings. Ayia Napa is about 15 mins drive and has a waterpark.

There is a small local supermarket 3mins walk from the apartment for any of your needs.
There is also 24hr bakery, on the main road Kennedy Avenue which is the main road to Protars and Paralimini where the nearest bank is located.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure together with a fully refundable £150 security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your return provinding no damages has occured during your stay.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - no further cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks - 50% of total cost refunded.
2-4 weeks - 25% of total cost refunded.
Anything less the 2 weeks no refund.
