The owners have furnished the apartment to a very high standard. The bedroom furnishings and floor to ceiling bedroom fitted wardrobes, as well as the dining suite, are all high quality solid wood. The sofa and sofa bed in the lounge are real leather. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and shower screen. The air conditioning is high spec and operated throughout by remote control. The interior benefits from tasteful pictures, mirrors and rugs which make this a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay, and in which you will immediately feel at home. Guests staying for more than one week can have a weekly changeover of linen and towels (at a small additional cost paid locally to the owners' agent)

The resort / area
Kapparis is quite different from the neighbouring holiday resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Kapparis is peaceful and relaxing (Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa are bustling and noisy). However, Kapparis also has a number of very good restaurants, bars and shops and these amenities are open all year round. As such, it is an ideal base for those who do not want to be surrounded by bright lights and noise, but at the same time have immediate access to good amenities. Kapparis also has its own sandy beach - Fireman's Cove, about 15 minutes walk from the Apartment (2-3 minutes if you use your hire car).
There are other beaches in the area, in Protaras (Fig Tree Bay) about 5 minutes drive away. In Ayia Napa you have
For those who want lively evening entertainment (clubs etc) Protaras and Ayia Napa have everything you could need (a short drive or taxi ride away). For those who enjoy hiking/walking, there are beautiful coastal pathways marked which enable the more energetic to hike the coastline right round from Kapparis (on the east coast) round to the outskirts of Ayia Napa (on the south coast).
There are convenient motorway links within 10 minutes, to allow guests to see more of this ancient, historic, and sun-drenched island. The main regional town of Paralimni (of which Kapparis is now a developing and fashionable coastal suburb) is only 5 minutes drive away, and is a very picturesque town with beautiful churches and many restaurants, bars, shops (incl. Marks & Spencer!) and other amenities of a bustling, local town
