Kapparis is fast becoming a much sought-after area, as it is just on the outskirts of Parlimni, Pernera and Protaras. Enjoy the peacefulness of the calm surroundings, small beach coves are all along the coastline.
Ayia Triada beach with it's small white church on the hill overlooking the beach and nature trail that leads around a cliff to offer a spectacular view point across to the ghost town of the famous Famagusta.
Cyprus enjoys approximately 330 days of sunshine a year. You should take advantage of this by enjoying some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters which are located on the eastern part of the island.
There is also a bus service that runs from Kapparis to Ayia Napa and has regular stops including Protaras.
There are many places of interest in Cyprus from only a short 5 minute drive to the Famagusta viewpoint and 10 minutes drive to the nature reserve at Cape Grecko. Nearby Protaras with its well renowned Fig Tree Bay is only a 7 minute drive away, Why not visit Ayia Napa's World Famous Water World Water Park for a fun day out (Bus stops nearby) or it's late night clubs for those night owls.
Troodos Mountains are a 2½ hr drive away where you can experience a tranquil and beautiful day out seeing some quaint mountain villages not to forget the amazing Kykkos Monastery decorated in gold and steeped in history along with its own museum.
Kapparis is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport and 2 hours from Paphos. Taxi's are available but I would recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, for the cost of a two way taxi journey will almost off set the price of renting a car for a week, whereby guests will be able to make the most of their holidays.
The journey itself is incredibly easy, the airport is located next to the main A3 motorway linking Larnaca to the eastern side of the island, and ends at Ayia napa, from here Kapparis is approximately 10km.
