Penthouse Apartment on Great Kings
This is a brand new, luxury, two bedroom penthouse apartment on 5* Great Kings development in eastern Cyprus coastal resort of Kapparis between Paralimni and Protaras. Great Kings is 800m from the nearest sandy beach. There are two swimming pools, tennis court and refreshments kiosk on site. A large variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and stores are just a 10 minutes walk away and there is a large supermarket for the weekly shop only 3 minutes drive away.
On the second floor with large lift access, the apartment itself will sleep 4 adults plus 2 children comfortably. It is fully equipped to offer a home away from home (even down to the Playstation!) The apartment's balcony leads via a spiral staircase to the large private roof terrace where you can relax in the famous Cypriot sunshine.
Kapparis is 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport, which is now served by budget airlines Easyjet and Monarch among others. Transfers can be arranged from the airport for you if required. Driving in Cyprus is on the left as in the UK so hiring a car from the airport is a great way of making the most of the area. A 15 minute drive from the apartment may find you in a variety of beautiful, sandy coves with clear, turquoise waters or exploring the wild scenery of Cape Greco or alternatively the wild night life or water park of Ayia Napa.
Cyprus is famous for it’s hot summers & warm winters. The climate is ideally suited for a holiday, anytime of year. And our apartment on Great Kings will make the ideal base to enjoy it.
