This is a one bedroom, ground floor, apartment. Ideally situated close to the communal pool yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet afternoon on the patio with it's breathtaking views across the Mediterranean. Armonia also offers a fully equipped gym, sauna, children's pool and small play area. Shower and communal toilets close to pool area. Pool bar (high season only).

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible as long as the dates are available.
| Bedrooms: | One bedroom with queen sized bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and bedside table with lamp. Hair dryer, air-conditioning and blackout curtains for that afternoon siesta! |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is off the bedroom with wc, shower over bath and curtain. Glass shelf, mirror and over light, towel rail etc. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Including oven, hob and extractor hood. Microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and much more. |
| Utility Room: | Clothes airer, pegs, iron and ironing board also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living area with a three seater and a two seater leather sofa's. Coffee table and dining table. Shelf unit, lamp, CD player, playing cards and board games etc. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | Towels and bedlinen are provided, but if you should required any extra linen etc our friends Sue and Martin who manage the apartment will provide that for you. (Small charge, payable locally.) Beach towels are not provided |
Notes on accommodation
Our English friends Sue and Martin who live just a short distance from the apartment will be happy to help you with any problems you might have. Their telephone number will be provided on booking. We can provide a welcome pack for you if booked in advance and this is payable locally. Now for the boring bit, this is a non smoking apartment and we kindly ask that smoking is kept to the patio areas only, many thanks.

Outside
Our apartment has underground parking, which is great for keeping the vehicle cool. There's also lift access to the ground floor. The large communal pool with it's beautiful sea views, has plenty of comfortable sunbeds and shades. There's a pool side shower, and access to gym, sauna, toilets etc. The pool bar is unfortunately only open high season, so it's lucky the apartments fridge is only 30 seconds walk away!! Yes my husband has timed it.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches and coves all with their own individual character and all within five minutes drive away and well worth a visit. Protaras with it's famous Fig Tree Bay and three kilometers of golden sands is just one of the many beautiful beaches the area has to offer. The waters are crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling. Why not take a drive up to the wonderful Troodos mountains, breath in the cooler air and enjoy the magnificent views. There's even a ski resort at it's highest peak.
Travel
There are two airports on the island and the nearest to the apartment is Larnaca. This is about 40 minutes drive away. You can easily get a taxi to the apartment from the airport or we can recommend car hire companies that will be there to meet you on arrival.
Distances
We would recommend a car so you can get out and explore this beautiful eastern coast of Cyprus and all it has to offer. There is a local bus service that runs along the coastal route from Paralimni through Protaras and on to the world famous Ayia Napa with its lovely Nissi beach and thriving night life. For those who like to stretch their legs in the morning there is a 24 hour (yes 24 hour) bakery 10 minutes walk away, serving cakes and warm bread, delicious!
Further details
There's a vast selection of cosmopolitan restaurants close by in Kapparis or just 5 minutes drive away in the Pernera area. Most of which we have tried over the years and haven't had a bad meal yet! If you have a good appetite why not try a Cypriot Meze which is normally about 12 courses washed down with one of their delicious local wines, lovely!
Booking notes
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £75 with the balance payable six weeks before your stay. We also require a security against damage deposit of £100 which will be fully refunded on your return home and after our friends have confirmed everything left as found.
