We have done our very best to think of everything you may want or need to have a really fantastic holiday. Our aim is for you to to return to us year after year and we had this constantly in mind when putting the apartment together for you. We hope you will enjoy the beautiful al-fresco dining area, the very comfortable bedrooms, stunning views and excellent facilities. The apartment is an ideal haven after a hard day at the beach - sitting outside with a book in the warm evenings, enjoying a bit of peace and quiet, while the children are kept busy with the satellite TV, before you venture out to make the most of the great local entertainment and nearby restaurants. During the day, there is plenty in the complex to keep you occupied including tennis courts, the pool (which includes a children's swimming area, changing rooms, shower facilities, sunbeds and umbrellas) and the gymnasium which is very well equipped and fully air conditioned. Everything is here for an unforgettable holiday.

Changeover day
Arrival time is 3pm and departure is 12pm. However, we can be flexible and will do our very best to accommodate you wherever possible.

Notes on accommodation
This is a great complex when visiting with families - the tennis court, swimming pools (including children's pool), fully equipped gymnasium and proximity to towns, shops, beaches, entertainment, restaurants and night-life means there is something for everyone.
The local ice-cream man visits the pool regularly and will serve your children with delicious treats while you relax on the sun-beds provided.

The apartment doesn't have specific wheelchair access but is situated on the ground-floor.
Outside
Outside entertainment area - including patio lighting, gas barbeque, table and six chairs and two sun loungers. Very peaceful area to relax in the evenings or soak up the sun and enjoy the sea-view during the day.
A great spot to enjoy a family barbeque or lounge in the sun as you watch the world go by.
Covered, private car parking outside the front door.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful, sandy Fisherman's cove is the local beach and is a 15 minute walk away or 3 minutes by car.
The renowned Fig Tree Bay is located in Protaras which is a five minute drive away. Fig Tree Bay has plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and a small convenience shop. It is also a superb sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Water-sports, boat excursions, scuba diving, boat paddling, water-skiing and other activities can be arranged at the beach.

Larnaca Airport is closest and approximately a 35-40 minute drive away. We can assist with airport transfer and car rental - please just ask. Car rental is advisable.
Ayia Napa - 10 minute drive.
Beaches - 3 min drive/15 min walk.
Protaras - 5 minute drive (approx).
Paramilimni village - 2 minute drive (approx).
Kapparis - 2 minute drive (approx).
Shops - 24 hour convenience store and bakery 5 minute walk - larger supermarkets, clothes and souvenir shops from a 2 minute drive away.
Further details
Paralimni is a traditional Cypriot village and has several excellent restaurants serving local cuisine - the moussaka, kleftico (lamb-shanks cooked for several hours in a clay oven) and mezze are very popular. The Village has a town square surrounded by three churches, the oldest of which is open to the public and serves as a museum. There are several shops in Paralimni including an M&S!
Close to Paralimni is Dherinia which has excellent views over the ghost town of Famagusta.
Kapparis is open all year and has several friendly taverns and nice restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Cypriot and even Fish & Chips.
Protaras is a firm favourite with families. You will find crazy golf, trampolining, excellent beaches and fantastic bars/restaurants with plenty of entertainment for children and adults. Great cocktails and Happy Hour specials too!
Ayia Napa - the renowned party town is a ten minute drive away and is open all night for those looking to burn the midnight oil.
Waterworld Waterpark - located in Ayia Napa is the biggest themed waterpark in Europe. It is extremely popular with holiday makers and has a variety of rides to suit all tastes.
Cape Greko is a 10 minute drive away. It is a beautiful, unspoilt reserve and a great place to visit for a bit of quiet time or to spot the local wildlife. Cape Greko also has hiking and mountain biking tracks and lots of little fish for the children to see.
Supermarkets - Orphanides is a 2 minute drive away and Carrefour is also nearby (5 mins) - both are very well equipped and you shouldn't have any problems finding items that you enjoy at home.
There are ATMs and banks in most of the nearby towns.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Full payment and a 100 GBP security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is held in case of damage to the property or contents and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure. Electricity is included in the rental price, however, we would ask that you turn off the airconditioning/heating when you leave the property. Electricity is very expensive in Cyprus and excessive use may be charged against your deposit.
