Perfect for your Cyprus holiday, this is an airy, spacious and well-planned apartment on the top floor of a luxury, high spec development.   It has a beautiful pool with water feature and a separate children’s pool.  The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and a shaded area, all free of charge.  The pool area also boasts changing rooms with showers and toilets.  There is a dedicated car parking space for each apartment and a private play park for the children just yards from the pool area.   Brand new, it is luxuriously furnished and fully air-conditioned, with all your creature comforts as standard. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a large twin room and a sofa bed which means you can easily sleep 8 in comfort.

 The complex caters well for disabled customers with ground floor disabled toilets and lift access to the apartment.

The interior comprises an open plan kitchen/dining area with dining seating for 6, lounge, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. The balcony overlooks the pool and sunbathing area where you can dine alfresco and watch your children whilst in the pool. There is satellite TV, DVD player, sound system, playstation 2 and a selection of DVDs, books and games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are all provided.

In the bedrooms you will find generously proportioned, built in wardrobes in all 3 rooms, a dressing table with mirror and hairdryer.  The sofa bed in the lounge will comfortably sleep two.

The balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors. Out here, you will find table, chairs and a great view of the pool.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

We have 3 bicycles available for hire at 15 Euros per week each.

This apartment is also our holiday home and we respectfully request that you do not smoke inside.  However you may smoke on the balcony.

THE RESORT:

Kapparis is an up-and-coming resort.  Perfect for a relaxing holiday, away from the noise of the over commercialised resorts, but with plenty of nightlife when you want it.  It has a good selection of bars, excellent restaurants, including Chinese, Italian, Modern European and Cypriot Tavernas.  There is a supermarket, internet café and several beautiful sandy beaches all a short stroll away, one of which has an array of water sports for you to try.  The lively resort of Protaras, which offers a wide selection of nightlife and award-winning beaches, is just 8 minutes drive away, whilst Ayia Napa with its many clubs, pubs and excellent restaurants, as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Water Park is a 15 minute drive.  The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni with its beautiful square, coffee bars and plenty of shops and restaurants is 5 minutes away.

A comprehensive information pack containing directions to the apartment, keys and lots of general information about the area, will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your departure.  We can also provide a meet and greet service on arrival.

MAID SERVICE

A mid-let clean and change of bedding can be arranged for a small additional charge.  Price on request.

WELCOME PACK

To get you off to a great start, you can order a welcome pack of basic provisions (tea, coffee, bread, jam, water etc) ready for your arrival. Costs start at €5 depending on content, please ask when booking.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We can also provide transfers to and from the airport. The cost will be confirmed but is approx €40 each way (from Larnaca), payable locally on the day. Please note that once booked, it is then your responsibility to advise us of any changes to the flight times.  Although car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance if you would like to explore this beautiful island then it is advisable.
