Changeover day
There are no rules of when your holiday should start or finish, however the apartment must be vacated by twelve noon on day of departure.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessible by lift or stairs. Suitable for wheelchair users. The complex is quite small with 6 small blocks and approximately 68 apartments, within this complex there are changing rooms, showers and toilets next to the pool. The block is on 2 levels with a lift and a parking space.
Outside
The balcony, which overlooks the pool, has table and chairs provided and a clothes horse to dry your washing.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes in a car. This is a lovely sandy beach with rock pools. The next beach along from this bay is the famous Fireman’s Beach, with sun beds, parasols and other amenities. The beautiful Fig Tree Bay is approximately 10 minutes in the car, Cape Greco about 15 minutes and lively Ayia Napa 20 minutes away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca and approximately 50 minutes by car/taxi. A car is recommended to see the beautiful sites of Cyprus, however for an extra cost we can arrange travel to and from the airport.
Distances
The complex is a 5 minute walk to Kennedy Avenue where bars, restaurants, car rentals, supermarkets, bakers and mini market can be found. Protaras is a 10 minute drive, this is where many restaurants and nightlife can be found. Ayia Napa is approximately 15 minutes by car where many bars, clubs and restaurants are.
Further details
The supermarket, bakers and coffee shops are within a five minute walking distance.
Booking notes
A non refundable 20% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is also payable with the balance and will be refunded once keys are returned and apartment has been confirmed damage free. This will be returned on your arrival home. Late bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking. Please arrange your own travel insurance.
