This wonderful 2 bedroom fully air conditioned apartment is situated on the 1st floor. Beside both the lift and stairs, and has its own parking bay below. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is ideal for small children. There is free sun loungers around the pools plus showers. Set in the quiet coastal village of Kapparis with shops, bars and restaurants only a 5 min walk away with the busier resorts of Portaras and Ayia Napa close by. The beach is only 1km away. This is the ideal place for a romantic getting or for families.

Larnaca airport is 45 mins drive. Car hire available at Larnaca Airport from approx £150 per week. Driving on the left hand side of the airport the same as the UK. Transfers can be arranged.

Paralimini 5 mins drive. Portaras 10 mins drive. Ayia Napa 15 mins drive.

Local shops and bars are 5 mins walk. Fab Water Park (Water World) near Ayia Napa.
Booking notes
£150 non refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance to be paid 2 months prior to arrival. A fully refundable deposit of £150 for possible damages is required with final payment and would be refunded within 10 days after departure and inspection of apartment.
