This Apartment is on the east coast of Cyprus, in the area of Famagusta on the Cypriot side of the island, it is near to Paralimni and Protaras and a 10 minute drive to Ayia Napa. It is a short stroll to the main village of Kapparis, which has 3 breathtaking beaches, that has water sports on each beach, the village has everything that you need to make your stay more like home, from bars and restaurants to internet cafe, poolrooms, mini-markets, banks, taxis, bus stops and all the souvenir shops you want.

The apartment has a lift and also has a ramp fully accessible for wheelchair use.
Outside
The pool is shared with the rest of the block and is at its deepest is approx 5 foot, the pool area has also got sun loungers, table and chairs, there is also toilets and changing rooms be side the pool, the balcony area is very large and fully equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbeque.
Coast/Beach
The 3 breathtaking sandy beaches are a short 10 minute walk from the apartment and all provide water sports such as paragliding, banana boating, and the hire of boats. There are good areas to do snorkeling and many of a good areas to do a spot of fishing. There is a small marina in Kapparis that has boats to take you on fishing trips.
Travel
Larnaca is the nearest airport with a 40 minute drive to the apartment. There are plenty of taxis that run between Larnaca and Kapparis, during the day there is also a bus service.
Distances
It is a 10 minute stroll to Kapparis main strip and 10 minute drive to Ayia Napa, with Paralimni and Protaras in between. There is a large water park in Ayia Napa which is really worth a good day out. Plenty of taxis and buses to all locations (all local taxi numbers are in the apartment).

Kapparis has many mini-markets and 3 main supermarkets with 4 main banks that take all UK cash cards Kapparis is open all year round and close to the town of Paralimni. It has beautiful coved beaches and plenty of bars, restaurants and tavernas. An unspoilt peaceful beach resort to relax and rewind with breathtaking scenery all around, perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. Kennedy Avenue is a 10 minute walk with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The local beaches provide shallow water ideal for children and the local Zoo boasts panoramic views over the ghost town of Famagusta. The local town of Paralimni is only a few minutes drive away which blends the old town and new town side by side. There are lots of boutiques and shops to spend your days browsing and the market square with the fountain and sheltered children’s play area are ideal to take a break. It’s like a shoe-shopper’s heaven! There’s even an M&S.
Booking notes
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days until a £50 non-refundable deposit has been received. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £100 security deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks of return.
