All bedrooms come with LCD TV/DVD with Sky. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The rear of the villa is furnished with table, chairs and a BBQ enabling you to dine alfresco through the warm evenings. There is a children's grassed play area that doubles as a great sun bathing space with 6 cushioned sun beds to match.

Changeover day
The Change over day is a Wednesday,However this can be flexible,You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 hours on the Departure Date. Dan and Kim are your local contacts.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has double bed, en-suite and large balcony with views to the sea. Bedroom 2 en-suite + walk in shower it has twin beds (can be made to a double bed). Large room with sea views. The living room has a large comfortable double sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to master bedroom with shower / bath room with WC and basin. Large family bathroom En-suit to twin bedroom has a walk in shower and WC. There is a separate WC and basin on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | The Modern Open plan spacious oak kitchen/Diner is has everything you need: oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher,microwave and washing machine. There is also a large dinning table and six chairs which makes this a great entertaining and social area. |
| Utility Room: | The washing machine is discretely positioned in a utility cupboard at the head of the stairs and additional storage is available above the washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The open-plan layout is light and spacious with a sofa and sofa bed, satellite LCD TV/DVD & IPOD Docking Station HIFI. Sliding Full Length patio doors open the room out to the sunterrace, with sea views and bring the outside in, creating a tropical feel. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | Good quality cotton bed linen and large bathroom towels are included although we ask you to provide your own beach towel for outdoor use. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional charge if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is available in all rooms for added comfort and is included in the price, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the villa. No pets are allowed. Only those guests specified on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa. As the pool is private, there is no lifeguard, so you are responsible for supervising children at all times. You are responsible for your own travel insurance.

Outside
Villa Athena's Garden area is fully gated, creating privacy and saftey it is not directly overlooked. Villa Athena benefits from a private pool with shallow end, tiled patio area with cushioned sunbeds, Grassed area which is ideal for a children's play or extra sunbathing space. The Garden is planted with pretty plants including 'Aloe Vera' useful for sunburn. There is decking space with dinning table, chairs and umbrella creating shade for that perect BBQ alfresco dinning. The outside area is well lit with laterns and decking lights to create that perfect atomosphere in the warm evenings. The Property also has parking space to the front. The Pool and gardens are well maintained and are included in the price.
Coast/Beach
You are spoilt for choice when using the villa as your holiday base. Closest beach, less than 5 minutes stroll, is Firemans Beach whilst Skoutari Beach with the adjacent Malama Hotel offers local water sports and access to the hotel facilities. Between the two, on the coastal path you'll find an number of secluded bays to choose from. Just 15 minutes away by car are the famous Fig Tree Bay with long white sandy beaches, water sports, the gorgeous Nissi Beach and beautiful Connos Bay.
Travel
Villa Athena is very well placed, just 40 mins drive from Larnaca Airport (65km) and is very easy to find with the clear instructions provided by the owner on booking. It is also accessible by flights via Paphos airport which is just 2 hours drive away along the main road. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you plan to explore all the island has to offer. The airport has outlets for all of the major hire companies so you easily book a car in advance or on arrival.
Distances
A number of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bakery are all within easy access on foot within 5 minutes from Villa Athena. The market town of Paralimni is 2km away offering a blend of old and new with great places to eat. Pernera and Protaras are just 10 mins away and offer family entertainment whilst Ayia Napa, with its beaches, world famous nightlife, Water world (one of the largest water parks) in Europe is just 15 minutes away by car/ taxi. Villa Athena is a great base for your holiday.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking (full payment if booking within 6 weeks of the holiday start date), with the balance payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition to this, a refundable breakages/ damages deposit of £250 is required with all bookings, payable with the balance and refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday.
