Villa Capri will be your home from home with sea views and spectacular sunsets and beaches literally yards away! The stylish integrated kitchen has everything you will need, including a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher - no washing up on your holiday! It is very well-furnished and fitted-out and is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and a CD player. It even has a jacuzzi!. The spacious well designed open-plan living area and dining room opens out onto a lovely private patio with outdoor dining area that overlooks the private swimming pool at the rear of the villa. Outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue enable you to enjoy alfresco dining by the pool. Pernera and Protaras are just 5 mins away by car and offer family entertainment whilst Ayia Napa, with its beaches and nightlife, Water World Water Park and traditional sights are just 15 minutes away by car. Villa Capri is an excellent base for relaxing and active holidays alike.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible - please advise of your requirement.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is ensuite with a jacuzzi and has a kingsize bed and a spacious balcony with sea views. Bedroom 2 also ensuite has twin beds (can be made into a kingsize) Bedrooms have hotel quality beds, blackout curtains and large fitted wardrobes. |

Blankets available for the winter months. A mid-stay clean available for additional charge if required as well as cleaning after each booking. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning/heating is available in all rooms for your comfort. A cot can be provided also at a small additional charge. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the villa. No pets are allowed. Only those guests specified on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa. Please note there is no lifeguard and guests are responsible for supervising children around the pool area at all times. You are responsible for your own travel insurance.

Outside
The garden, which is fenced and gated for security and privacy, features a 4m x 6.25m private swimming pool. No lifeguard is provided, however the pool is due to be fitted with a top quality safety alarm (to EU AFNOR standard). Enjoy alfresco meals prepared on the outdoor barbeque. For your complete enjoyment, the garden has been furnished with quality dining furniture and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The villa is ideally placed to enable guests to take advantage of the numerous lovely beaches, coastal walks and activities in the area - the closest beach, Fireman's Beach, is just 200m away while a 15 minute car drive will take you to the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras with its long white sandy beaches and water sports. A few minutes further along the coast is Konnos Bay at Cape Greco and the gorgeous Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa.
Travel
Villa Capri is a 40 minute drive from Larnaca Airport (65km) so is well placed to benefit from the increasing number of available cheap flights. Further afield, Paphos airport is two hours drive away but still accessible. Driving in Cyprus is easy: roads are good and cars drive on the left. Car hire is recommended to explore all that the area has to offer but there is a good bus service connecting Kapparis with Protaras, Parilimni and Ayia Napa. A taxi to the airport costs around 50 Euro.
Distances
Numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bakery are within a few minutes walk of Villa Capri and there is plenty to keep the family occupied in the area. Paralimni, featuring a delightful old market square is the nearest town is 2kms away and offers great places to eat and shop. Pernera and Protaras, popular and lively resorts are 10 mins away by car. For scenery, head to Cape Greko. Ayia Napa with its lovely beaches, world-famous nightlife and marina is also 10 minutes away by car.
Further details
Kapparis is an upmarket yet relaxed resort with bars, supermarkets, internet cafes and restaurants a plenty. A number of new shops and restaurants, including a bakery, authentic Italian, 'Miami style' cafe/bar and an 'up-market' Chinese have recently opened. For authentic Greek, Faliros is not to be missed.
The nearest beach to the villa, Fireman's Bay, is 200m away and is very popular with local Cypriot families. It’s quieter than many others in the area but big enough to have sun-lounger rental and a kiosk selling cold drinks and hot snacks.
Follow the coastal path from Fireman's Beach you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear blue water.
The area capital, Paralimni, is a 2km drive. Here modern shops, banks and restaurants nestle next to the old town square boasting three churches and an open air theatre. This is a good place if you’re looking to buy ceramics – and prices are cheaper than in the coastal resorts.
Protaras, a 10min car or bus ride along the coast, is a lively family orientated resort benefiting from the best white sandy beaches on the island including the fabulous Fig Tree Bay. Besides restaurants, bars and shops, children will enjoy the well-stocked aquarium or splashing away in the water park. Play a round of mini-golf. Hire a boat trip to go looking for dolphins. Take in the evening entertainment in popular Eden Square.
Further on down the coast is the Cape Greko headland – one of Cyprus’ most famous conservation areas. Here you can enjoy rocky coves, snorkelling or walk along the cliff tops and take in the view.
A few minutes drive further and the road drops down into Ayia Napa. The town needs no introduction for its multitude of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, but to dismiss it as the Med’s second Ibiza is to do it an injustice. Ayia Napa has wonderful beaches such as Nissi. Explore the marina, take the kids to Waterworld – one of Europe’s largest water parks – or visit the town’s museums.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking (full payment if booking within 6 weeks of the holiday start date) Balance must be paid not less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. A refundable breakages/damages £300 deposit is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded after departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages. Please advise if you would like a welcome pack of groceries or baby equipment (modest extra charge).
