The beautiful Villa 'Souzi' is a blend of modern and traditional. The interior of the property is open-plan with a practical and well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting area and dining area. There are two sets of double doors to the rear that lead out on to a terrace and to the private pool and pretty garden. The 2 bedrooms have their own ensuite shower and wc and there is a balcony to the master bedroom.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | Towels and linen are included. The villa is carefully cleaned after each hire. |

Property is on a quite road in peaceful area and is ideal for families with children. Childrens games are provided.

Coast/Beach
The villa is a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Malama Bay Beach. The beach has many watersports available for you to try!The adjacent Malama Hotel has all its facilities open to the public. The gorgeous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is just a 10 minute drive away with its white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters.The wonderful beaches of Ayia Napa are also a 10 minute drive away. The Cyprus coastline has many beautiful secluded coves and white sandy beaches easily accessible from the villa.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is a 40 minute drive away. The villa is in a select location which is easy to find and we can give you directions at the time of booking. Paphos Airport is about a 2hr drive away.
Distances
Kapparis village offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located between Protaras and Paralimni.
The town of Paralimni is a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find may large supermarkets and shops.
Protaras with its fantastic beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away.
Ayia Napa again with beautiful beaches, lively bars and restaurants and its award winning Water Park is a 10 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is payable at the time of booking and the balance of total cost to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of 250 euro is required for breakages/damages.
