Pyla is 15 mins from cosmopolitan Larnaca with its beautiful promenade.

| Living Rooms: | The dining area comfortably seats 6. The living area has a large sofa opening up into a sofa bed, easy chair and floor lamp, with patio doors leading on to a balcony. There is a large flat screen colour television with DVD player and satellite TV. |

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to and after your stay. All linen is included, as are towels (but not beach towels). Mid-stay cleans can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
Heating and air-conditioning in all rooms, this apartment is accessed via an intercom system therefore suitable for children with a fully enclosed balcony .The communal pool is a great environment for children with shallow end in the pool and enclosed in the complex with electric gates. There are maps and guidebooks and a welcome folder packed with local information.

Accessibility
The complex is suitable for wheelchairs. There is a lift to the apartment and the entrance doors are wide enough. There are disabled toilets in the block and by the poolside.
Outside
There is a large balcony furnished with table and 4 chairs and faces the sun for most of the day. The apartment is set in well maintained gardens and with the appealing shared swimming pool loungers and sun umbrellas are available. The resort is very quiet and you will often have the pool area to yourself. There is allocated parking.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful and award winning Pyla is a couple of minutes away. There are also several beaches at Larnaca. All the nearby beaches are gently shelving making them ideal for children. Recliners and umbrellas are plentiful and the beaches are well served by cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, toilets etc. Water sports are also available. If you do have a car, there are a large number of beaches and coves waiting to be explored in the wider surrounding area.

Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains during January and February. Equipment can be hired easily and is reasonably priced.
Travel
The apartment is approx 20 minutes from Larnaca airport (a straightforward journey). Cars can be hired from the airport or a taxi costing approximately £15. EasyJet now fly to Larnaca from just £30.99. Also try Monarch and Thomsonfly. Paphos airport is an alternative and is approx 1 -2 hours away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Pyla village is a 10 minute walk. Seafront and Dhekelia Road 5 minutes by car. Larnaca 15 minutes by car. Ayia Napa, Nissi beach and water park 30 minutes. Oriklini 5 minutes drive.
Further details
The nearby town of Larnaca provides excellent amenities including banks and shopping with both high street and more traditional Cypriot shops. There are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town. Families are fully catered for, with water sports, diving, horse riding, bowling, a camel park and water park, among many other activities. Pyla is ideally situated near the motorway network for exploring the whole island.
Booking notes
£100 rental deposit to secure your booking. The balance of the rental payment plus £100 as a security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded to you subject to a satisfactory property inspection following your stay. Cancellation refunds: more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit. Within 8 weeks, the owner reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re-let.
