This Non-Smoking penthouse is located in a gated community. It is a fully furnished new one bedroom penthouse apartment (sleeps four) that faces towards the sea and town of Kiti. The extra large rooftop terrace allows for outdoor eating and sunbathing. As there are rarely any other owners or guests on site, you will usually have the pool and tennis courts to yourself. There is a covered, secure car parking area under the building. The property is well placed for all types of activites - sunbathing at the beach, shopping, trekking in the Troodos Mountains, visiting galleries, museums, and antiquities, water sports, with restaurants and gift shops nearby.

Outside
There is a large shared pool with many sunbeds and several tennis courts on site. As there are rarely other owners or guests on site, it should be very quiet and seem almost private. In 2011, the new 5-star public golf course should be completed next door.
Golf
A new 5-star PGA public golf course is currently construction in the area just east of the swimming pool. This should be completed in 2011. Once this has been built, there will be many opportunities to visit the new shops, restaurants and games areas within the complex.
