The Andriana Exclusive Resort is a brand new privately owned complex located in the beautiful village of Pegeia (Peyia) near Paphos in Cyprus, with the leisure facilities of a luxury hotel. The apartment has both North and South facing views with two verandas over viewing the complex, so you can always see your friends and family. It has scenic views of the surrounding mountains and a rear aspect view over a ravine to view the beautiful Coral Bay coastline. Central location and 15 minute walk to village centre.

 The apartment contains details of several places of interest, music and painting lessons, winery and vineyard trips as well as walking and cycling routes.

 The communal facilities include: a large swimming pool, medium pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi’s, poolside bar, changing rooms, WC’s and showers, sauna, gym and games room with landscaped gardens. A bus runs frequently to the beach and the local shops at Coral Bay. The apartment has a private parking space.

Accessibility
The apartment and complex is ideally suited for the able bodied. Stairs limit some access for the elderly or disabled. An alternate ground floor apartment could be arranged.

Suprisingly it is possible to ski in Cyprus during the month of December up in the Troodos Mountains.

30 minutes from Paphos Airport. A car is recommended but not essential. (Car hire is cheaper per day than a taxi).

Paphos has transformed from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort.
Local attractions are the archaeological park and fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods. Popular destinations are the Harbour Castle, St Paul's Church, Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodites Rock and Christian Catacombs.

For the family and friends there is a great water park, and a choice of 3 golf resorts within 30 minutes. If you like to travel away from the noise you can visit the villages of Pegeia, Coral Bay, Polis & Odomos.

At the Akamas Peninsula (4km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Pegeia (Peyia)
Pegeia village is the home of the Andriana Exclusive Resort and has suburb views of the coastline and surrounding mountains. In the heart of the village you will find and can enjoy the many traditional restaurants and taverns as well an authentic butchers, bakers and fishmongers to enhance your self-catering experience. JJ’s sports bar has free WiFi and has a breath taking view of the Paphos district. You can also find tennis courts, go karting, a bird sanctuary and horse riding near to Pegeia.

The incredible Pegeia Sea Caves are a spectacle to see and the famous Coral Bay is a vibrant village with restaurants shops and boutiques; it has a must see coastline and amazing beach; one of the best in Cyprus. Pegeia & Coral Bay are only 20 minutes from Paphos Harbour and 30 minutes from Paphos Airport. Pegeia is also the summer retreat of an England footballer.

Booking notes
Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance with a 20% deposit.
All reservations must be paid for in full 12 weeks prior to occupation
Late reservations may be taken with full payment

A refundable security reservation is required of £100, payment required on booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
