The beautiful sandy blue flag beach is only 1000m away, approximately a 10 minute walk. The exclusive Royal Seacrest complex benefits from 2 main pools, with pool showers, plus a children's pool. There is an indoor gym (unlimited free usage included) and 2 Jacuzzi. The Paphos area offers a variety of activities from golf (3 courses) to go-karting and a water park, relaxing on the beach to skiing or walking in the mountains. Paphos is a world heritage site and contains a wealth of archaeological sites. The Tomb of the Kings is located across the road. If you like to be pampered then the 5* Espa spa is at the Elysium hotel 800m away.

Accessibility
First floor apartment with lift for easy accessibility - there are also stairs up to the first floor. The apartment is also located on the corner of the block and therefore has no through traffic of people passing the door on there way to other apartments. A gate could also be available for added security for the younger children within the party.
Outside
Large shared pool, children's pool, second pool, 2 jacuzzi, gym on site with unlimited use all included, and should you wish there is always a five star spa in neighbouring Elysium hotel.
Golf
With it's warm climate and distinctive landscape, Cyprus is an ideal golf destination, and there are three 18-hole championship standard courses located near by. PGA-qualified instructors are on-hand, and all feature pro shops, restaurants, bars and practice/ driving ranges. The Aphrodite Hills Course is dotted with olive and carob trees, with manicured fairways and challenging pot bunkers overlooking the sea. Practice features include three academy holes, four target green bunkers and short-game practice facilities. The Tsada Golf Course is set in the grounds of a 17th Century monastery, and the Secret Valley Golf Course is set in a scenic valley and makes the most of the surrounding rock formations. Distances to the three courses are approx : Tsada Hills-6 Miles, Aphrodite Hills-12 Miles and Secret Valley-12 Miles.

Skiing is available over winter months and into spring in the Troodos mountains.
Travel
Flying into Paphos International Airport - Kato Paphos is only 12km from the airport. Car hire not required as everything needed is available within a short walk e.g. beach, shops, restaurants. Taxis are available from the airport and cost approx €30 to the apartment. However should you wish the hire of a vehicle this may also be arranged. We could have a car waiting for your convenience, you simply pick it up at the Airport. Payment and details are dealt with upon arrival at the apartment.
Distances
The apartment is situated in a secluded area between the Tombs of the Kings area of Kato Paphos and the coastline. Well located, it is only a few minutes walk from Tomb of the Kings Avenue, where there are many bars and restaurants, and from Faros blue flag beach. Beyond that the harbour area is a 20-25 minute walk along the new coast path and you can reach the old town and market within 5 minutes. There are local air conditioned buses that pass nearby and taxis are easily obtained.

A large selection of local restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk, and the harbour and seafood restaurants are all within 20 minutes walk along the new coast path. Coral Bay Beach which is approx 6 miles away is known for having the best sandy beach in Western Cyprus. It is a lovely long curved stretch of golden sand that falls in between two headlands. The beach is well-equipped and has calm shallow waters all around. The bay also has some splendid little coves in the region and many a place to explore. The bay offers the chance for some outstanding diving, and is also very close to the nesting spot for the turtles of the island. Laatchi Beach (20 miles) - This lovely beach with beautiful scenery is located close to Latchi fishing harbour, in the Polis area. Lara Bay/Turtle Bay (15 miles) - on the Akamas Peninsular. Paphos has two Blueflag sandy beaches and watersports, including paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis are widely available on most beaches in Paphos and the surrounding areas. The whole of Paphos is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 4th Century BC Tomb of the Kings are only a 5 minute walk away. Nearby attractions include the Paphos Bird Park, the Water Park and go-karting. There is a 5 star PADI Dive school and 5 star ESPA Spa at the nearby Elysium hotel (800m away).
