This newly completed, ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet area of Kato Paphos, in a luxury 5 star complex complete with 3 kidney shaped pools and lazy river joining the pools. Excellent variety of communal facilities including bowling green with club house and seating area, fully functional gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, and excellent children's play area. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and is fully air conditioned with the added feature of ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Allocated parking is available. There are two mini markets and a DVD rental shop within 5 minutes walk. The harbour area with its many bars, restaurants and tavernas is only 15 minutes walk away. A welcome pack is provided with our compliments. As this is a brand new apartment the greenery and planting is still in the early stages.

As this is a brand new 5 star complex completed September 09 greenery and planting is still in the early stages.Terrace with patio table and chairs, excellent view of gardens, pool and play areas, whilst maintaining a level of privacy. 2 sun loungers provided along with a selection of inflatable children's pool toys available. Parking available to rear of apartment. There is also a children's play area situated within complex. Three kidney shaped swimming pools, with lazy river flowing between pools.
Coast/Beach
The beach and harbour area is only 15 mins walk, but you can also drive or take the bus to the highly acclaimed Coral Bay beach which is around 15-20km away/10-15 minute drive.
Golf
3 top quality Par 72 golf courses within easy driving (pardon the pun!) All are open all year round and welcome non members, however bookings are recommended. Tsada - set in grounds of a 12th century monastery in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secret Valley - east of Paphos hidden from view amidst trees and sculptural rock formations. Aphrodite Hills - set on two plateaus with superb views of the sea. Shops, restaurants and leisure facilities within the same complex.
Skiing
Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains is a short scenic drive from Paphos. It is a small resort with 4 ski lifts, cafes and restaurants. Skiing is usually available December to March.
Special interest holidays
Complex includes a two rink carpet bowling green, with club house and seating area.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx 20km away/15-20 mins. The hospital within 1km. A car whilst not essential, is advised if you want to explore the many delights of Cyprus.
Distances
There is an excellent water park and go-carting track within 10 mins drive, and are also accessible by the local bus service.
Further details
2 kiosks are within 5 mins walk from apartment for any last minute provisions. Also DVD rental shop 5 mins from apartment. There are major stores and a supermarket in the harbour area which will cater for all your needs. On receipt of your booking confirmation we will provide you with details of a 'home delivery' of imported alcohol and soft drinks at 50% cheaper than the local supermarket. This will ensure you're holiday gets off to a great start!
Booking notes
25% deposit is required at time of booking (non refundable) with the balance due 8 weeks prior to trip. For late bookings full payment is required at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is required on completion and is refundable within a week of departure subject to inspection of property.
