Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartment overlooking the swimming pool with stunning countryside and panoramic views. The apartment is situated near Coral Bay just 15 minutes from Paphos airport. Paphos and Coral Bay, have an abundance of restaurants and bars for young and old alike. The beach has all types of water sports from jet skies to pedalos and canoes, there is also a great water park nearby. Furnished to very high standard. With leather sofas and oak furniture. Satellite TV, washing machine fully equipped kitchen; it really is home from home. Large sun terraces with wonderful views, the apartments overlooks the swimming pools and has a fully equipped gym and sauna.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1: double bed opens out on to large sun terrace and is fully air conditioned, it has ample cupboard space. Bedroom 2: twin beds is fully equipped with air conditioning and is furnished to a high standard the room is light and airy. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is ideally situated between both bedrooms. It has a bath and overhead shower, hand basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully furnished with cooker hob and oven. It has a fridge, washing machine and microwave, ironing board kettle and toaster is included. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas and oak furniture, satellite TV and DVD player is included, the living room is fully air conditioned and opens out onto the very large sun terrace through double patio doors. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included, the apartment is cleaned at the end of vacation. Midweek clean can be arrange at a small cost on application. |

The apartment is a penthouse apartment but only has a small flight of stairs from the parking area.
The patio area is completely private, no-one overlooks it, it is great for sunbathing and absorbing the wonderful view.

Accessibility
The apartment is easily accessible it has a small flight of stairs to the front door of the apartment.
Outside
The sun terrace is very large and has 2 sun loungers. The table and chairs seating 6 people, the furniture is modern wicker type furniture.
There are 2 swimming pools a large pool and a smaller dip pool suitable for toddlers and small children.
The is a well equipped gym and sauna with ladies and gentlemen's changing rooms and showers which adjoin to the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is only 2 mins drive, it is regarded as one of the best beaches in the district, with its golden sands and thatched parasols and abundance of water sports, such as pedalos, canoes, jet skis, banana boats and much more.
There is a bar and restaurant serving all types of drinks and food usually offering waitress service to your sunlounger.
Golf
There is a golf course only 20 mins drive away.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains have a ski resort and are approximately 1 hour drive away, you can hire ski equipment and buy ski passes at the ski resort. You will need to check dates when skiing is available.
You could ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon.
Travel
The airport is 30 minute drive away there are several car hire companies located in arrivals at the airport.
Airport transfer can be arranged but would recommend hiring a car.
Distances
The apartment is situated in Peyia village and is only a short 300 metre walk to local supermarkets, bakery, chemists and bar. Coral Bay is a 2 minute drive and has a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. Paphos with its historical Tomb of the Kings is just 10 kilometers away. The harbour has fantastic restaurants and shops, you really can shop 'til you drop.
In Paphos there is a brilliant water park its a great day out.
Larnaca airport is approximately 1.30 hours drive.
