This spacious one bedroom ground floor unit is situated on the corner of Block F and has its own driveway/parking area and garden. Patios lead off the front and back for alfresco dining and relaxing. The unit is comfortably furnished for a relaxed and easy-going beach holiday. It is fully equipped with all that one requires for a hassle free vacation. This is a new and modern development with a lovely pool area and close to all amenities.

Our property manager will meet you on arrival and provide you with local information, you will be given a contact number for any assistance that you may require during your stay. They can also arrange food and drink items of your choice for a fee, please let them know if you want this service as it will be organised before you arrive.

Accessibility
Although this unit is on the ground floor and parking is right next to the unit, there are a few stairs leading down to the patio/entrance of the unit, which makes it inaccessible to wheelchairs.
Outside
One covered and one open patio leading off the lounge and bedroom respectively. Garden furniture supplied for alfresco dining and relaxing.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful Coral Bay, which boasts a blue flag beach, tavernas and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. Other beaches, municipal or remote are dotted along the coastal routes. The Akamas area is where the protected sea turtles come to breed, just a 30 minute drive, a bit bumpy but well worth the visit.
Golf
Three golf courses are all within a 15 - 30 minute drive of the apartment, the most famous of which is Aphrodite Hills. Secret Valley and Tsada golf course are also nearby. All are open to the general public
Skiing
The Troodos mountain range is a comfortable 30 - 40 minute drive through picturesque villages on very good roads. There is a ski station there and skiing is available during the Winter months. It is quite possible to go for an early morning ski and then head down the hill for sun downers at the beach - have the best of both worlds!
Special interest holidays
Peyia edges the protected area of the Akamas Peninsula, a preserved area of natural beauty and habitat which is protected for the enjoyment of walkers and climbers. If you are a keen walker, climber or mountain biker you can enjoy guided tours or hire mountain bikes to venture into the Akamas or the Troodos mountain area where one can also do a bit of skiing in the Winter months depending on the snowfall that year. There are many walks in the nearby National Parks - recommend off peak when it is cooler! The tourist information centre in Paphos has several informative brochures on hiking trails etc. Rambling Around in Historic Cyprus by Geoff Fryatt is an excellent new book available from local bookshops, only 13 euros. Most of the walks are circular and the maps are detailed, enjoy!
Travel
The new international airport at Paphos is about a 40 minute transfer from the complex. Larnaca airport is around a 90-120 minute transfer. Car hire is highly recommended. We can assist with this if required.
Distances
Peyia village centre 10 minute walk. Coral Bay 5 minutes by car. Paphos 15-20 minutes by car (bus available from Coral Bay).
Further details
Supermarkets, banks, ATMs, restaurants and tavernas are all available in Peyia. Tours on offer at many agents throughout Paphos. Paphos waterpark accessible by bus from Coral Bay. Many historical sites all around Paphos and the surrounding villages.
Booking notes
50% deposit required when booking. Final monies required 6 weeks prior to departure. £100 bond payment required for breakages and damages payable with booking. Client to be reimbursed once property has been inspected.
