Brand new luxury 2 bedroom spacious apartment with spectacular Views. Furnished to a very high standard it provides 2 double bedrooms and large comfortable open plan lounge/dining kitchen. All rooms are fully air-conditioned/heated and have large ceiling fans. The spacious partially covered balcony offers perfect alfresco dining, sun bathing and entertaining with amazing sea/mountain and pool views. There is a large pool terrace area with outdoor shower. With the quaint and historic village of Peyia on your doorstep you will find traditional tavernas, modern bars, banks, supermarkets, deli, DVD rental shop etc within a 10-15 min walk. Coral Bay beaches and numerous bars, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away. Paphos town and Harbour 20 mins drive. Paphos airport approx 35 mins and Larnaca airport approx 90 mins away.

Changeover day
Change over days flexible. Earliest time of entry to apartment 3pm and latest time of vacating on departure is 11am this is so our management team are able to prepare for the next guests arrival.

Accessibility
Although the apartment is entered on ground level with car parking close to the front door, there are steps outside which lead down to the pool and terrace, which may not be suitable for people with disabilities.
Outside
Good sized pool and terraces for sunbathing also outdoor shower. Loungers and parasol provided on balcony.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay with its golden sandy beaches is 5 min drive and provides something for everyone from sun worshipers to the more active with water sports, jet ski's, pedalos, and canoes. There are also plenty sun loungers and parasols for hire. For refreshments there are beach side cafe/restaurants.
Golf
Tsada Golf Course is nearby as is the Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.
Skiing
Skiing is available during Wwinter months in the Troodos mountains, This is only 1hr 15 mins drive away and truly worth a visit. Skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon brilliant!
Special interest holidays
Mountain bikes and quad bikes can be hired from Coral Bay or Paphos with easy access to the Akamas Peninsula which also has excellent walking facilities. Horse riding/trekking and scuba diving can are also within easy access.
Travel
We would highly recommend car hire to make the most of visiting this beautiful country although taxi service is plentiful and the taxi drivers very helpful. Paphos international airport is approx 35 mins and Larnaca international airport is approx 90 mins. Also a new bus service has been introduced from Paphos to Coral Bay (last noted 3 euros for 1 adult ).
Distances
Peyia village is approx 10 min walk from the apartment and Coral Bay only 5 mins drive. Paphos town and harbour approx 20 mins along coast.
Further details
There are various places of interest such as 'Tomb of the Kings', 'Aphrodites Rock', 'Catacombs' plus lots of fun activities for the kids (and grown ups) such as water park, go karting, mini golf and Bird and Animal Park and all within 5 - 20 mins away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 payable to secure your booking. The balance is due, in full, 8 weeks prior to travel. Unfortunately, failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited. A refundable deposit of £100 is payable with your final payment to cover any breakages or damages and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, upon final inspection of the apartment.
