This beautifully furnished apartment is on the superbly situated Royal Seacrest development. On the top floor with a large covered balcony offering views of the pools and landscaped gardens. Pool area includes poolside toilets, showers and changing rooms. In one of the best locations in Paphos, close to the ever popular Tomb of the Kings area, yet in a quiet and private location within easy reach of everything you will need for a memorable holiday. A 5 minute walk will take you to over a dozen restaurants offering every type of international and local cuisine. Here you will also find supermarkets, internet cafe, bars, disco, car hire and banks. A further 5 minute will bring you to a sandy blue flag beach and there are many other beaches close by along this stretch of the Paphos coastline.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 20% deposit required to secure booking.
Discounts available for 2 weeks or longer. Refundable security deposit of £100 required with final balance payment 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Changeover day
Arrive and departure day is normally Saturday but this is flexible. Arrival time from 2pm and departure time is 11am but this is flexible depending on availability.

Accessibility
Apartment is on second floor which is the top floor with roof terrace above. Full lift access to all floors including pool area, gym, roof terrace etc.
Outside
Apartment complex has 2 lovely garden areas together with 2 pools, children's paddling area, 2 jacuzzis and gymnasium. Toilets, showers and changing rooms at poolside. Sun loungers/parasols available at poolside for use of guests.
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to local beach. Short bus ride to Coral Bay beach which has numerous water sports. Regular buses available to Coral Bay or Harbour area on main road which is a 5 minute walk.
Golf
3 excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive:
Minthis Hills close to Tsada 6 miles. Plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 metres. Situated on the outskirts of Pathos at an altitude of 550 metres above sea level means that this course is still pleasant to play in the height of summer.
Secret Valley Golf Course 12 miles. A highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love. This is one of the most popular and preferred courses on the island and is set in a scenic wooded valley.
Aphrodite Hills 12 miles. An 18 hole standard championship golf course follows the scenic contours of 2 plateau's divided by a ravine.
Skiing
Skiing is available in Troodos mountains during winter months.
Travel
20 km from Paphos airport, 25 minutes transfer to apartment. Transfers can be arranged. Car hire is not essential as beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. are within a short walk. A meet and greet service is provided on arrival for all our guests.
Distances
The Royal Seacrest is set in one of the best locations in Paphos in the Tomb of the Kings area which features the World Heritage archaeological site. It is situated near Faros Beach which is a blue flag beach. The harbour can be reached by 20 minute walk or a short bus ride. Taxis are also readily available. The old town and market area of Paphos is a 15 minute walk or short bus ride.

In one of the best locations in Paphos, set in a quiet location yet is close to local shops, restaurants, banks, etc. all within a five minute walk of the apartment.
Booking notes
A £100 non refundable reservation deposit is payable at time of booking to secure dates. Balance, plus £100 refundable breakages/fair usage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure (subject to satisfactory inspection and checks).
Cancellation policy: more than 8 weeks - loss of deposit. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
