Enjoying a prime location in Paphos our apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people overlooking two spacious pools. Enjoy your spacious home-from-home in Paphos. The well presented apartment offers a well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, large double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, master bathroom and spacious balcony. Royal Seacrest features a large lagoon style pool with rock creations and waterfalls. There is also a children’s pool, indoor gym and outdoor jacuzzis. From the apartment, you can easily reach the harbour and the town with a short walk or within minutes on the regular bus service. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the nearest beach is a short walk away. There are three golf courses only a short drive from the complex, with Coral Bay Beach, the best on this coast, just a bus ride away. For the more energetic the water park and go-carting is also a short drive/bus ride away.

Changeover day
Chnage over days are flexible, depending on availability.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a double room with en-suite walk in shower room. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds. Both rooms include fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with wc, sink and large walk in shower. Also included is a master bathroom with wc, sink and full size bath. Both facilities utilise an added water pressurisation system to provide full power showers. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen adjoins the lounge and dining area and includes full cooker, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | A comfortable lounge area include 2 seater and 3 seater sofas (1 of which is a double sofa bed) and is complemented by a flat screen TV with Sky satellite showing all UK terrestrial TV and radio channels. There is also a DVD player. |
| Other: | All rooms are fully air-conditioned which is free to use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | All linen and towels are supplied (although we would recommend bringing your own beach towels if required). Apartment will be cleaned before and after your arrival. |

Accessibility
There are lifts to all floors (our apartment is on the 2nd) including the private roof terrace. All surrounding areas are flat or have suitable wheelchair access.
Outside
There are two large pools, both with jacuzzis and a good sized kiddies pool. Loungers are free to use. Manicured garden areas abound. Kids play area is free to use. Private balcony has patio furniture as expected and there are loungers in the apartment to take up to the private sun terrace.
Coast/Beach
The best beach on the island of Cyprus is a 15 minute drive or bus ride away. The apartment complex sits just off the main road which is a main bus route to Coral Bay beach. The tranquil yet vibrant harbour of Paphos is a 5 minute drive/bus ride or a relaxing 20 minutes walk.
Golf
There are three golf courses within a short drive of our properties offering a test for all levels of golfer. Championship quality golf courses coupled with the fantastic Cypriot climate is a must for all.
The Secret Valley Golf Course, is a highly prestigious golf course. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.
Minthis Hills Golf Club (formerly Tsada Golf Club) is set on the grounds of 12th century monastery, in a verdant valley. It plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 metres. Situated on the outskirts of Paphos, the altitude of 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer.
With stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and its exquisite setting, Aphrodite Hills Golf is paradise for the golfing enthusiast - whether you are an advanced or intermediate player.
Travel
There are no buses to and from the airport. A regular taxi to or from the airport from Paphos will cost between 40 and 50 euros but we can organise a much cheaper pick up if you require. Please contact us to arrange this for you. To get the best from the island we would recommend car hire although it is not essential for a stay in Royal Seacrest.
Distances
10 minutes walk to the old town and market area.
20 minutes walk to the harbour.
5 minutes walk to a multitude of pubs and restaurants including Pizza Hut and KFC.
10 minutes bus ride to the water park.
15 minutes bus ride to the best beach on the island.
25 minutes taxi to and from the airport.

"We stayed in the apartment and the property was fantastic. It is great for space and very comfortable and slept the 4 of us plus a 2yr old very well. All mod cons, very nicely decorated. The pool area is great also. Gr8 location, short walk down to pubs and restaurants and an ice-cream parlour, a favourite of my sons!
The surroundings of the apartment were nice also. The inlaws walked into Kato Paphos a few times, hitting a few bars on the way down I must add. We had dinner and take-away from some of the surrounding restaurants and further afield if you have transport. These were really good too."
"Fantastic apartment and fantastic location for our honeymoon - all mod cons and more, we both said how easily we could live here full time, short walk to bars, restaurants and shops and local bus service was excellent to get us down to the harbour or the beach at Coral Bay! Lots to see and do for all ages and the pool was lovely to sit round, we will definitely be back!"
