Large selection of restauarants and bars all within a 5 minute walk. Sandy beach 7 minutes stroll from the apartment. On the main bus route to Coral Bay, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour. An ideal base from which to explore Paphos.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Wednesday but we can be flexible. On changeover days you will have access to the apartment at 14.00. On departure days you will be required to vacate the apartment at 11.00. Late check out can sometimes be arranged.
Accommodation
Notes on accommodation
The apartments are suitable for couples, families and children and due to their flat access are suitable for the elderly.
Optional extras, welcome pack, airport transfers, cot and highchair hire. We can provide beach towels if required, please request when booking. Assistance in Cyprus during your stay if required.
Accessibility
All apartments are on the ground floor and allow easy access.
We can arrange the hire of motability scooters if needed by any guests wishing to book.
Outside
Large private patios to front and rear of the property. Tables and chairs to both areas and sunlougers to pool side patios. Umbrellas provided.
Shared swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The Municipal Beach is a 5 min stroll away from the apartments. There are sun loungers available to hire and there is a snack bar plus toilets, and showers for a small charge.A new cafe/bar opened 2008. Coral Bay sandy beach can be reached by car and will take approximately 15 minutes along the lovely coastal road. There are loungers, umbrellas, available to hire, go early as it gets very busy in high season. There are snack bars, toilets, showers, and water sports at Coral Bay.
Golf
Paphos area is well catered for in the terms of golf. With 3 courses within about 30 mins drive to choose from, the golf buff is spoilt for choice. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is par 70/71 and about 17km East of Paphos. Tsada Golf Club is about 30km away and par 72. Secret Valley Golf Cub is approx. 18km East of Paphos and par 72.
Skiing
In winter months there is good sking in the nearby Troodos Mountains 1 hour's drive from the apartment. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself on the beach in the afternoon. There is ski equipment rental via the Cyprus Ski Club at the Ski Shop, but get there early as they all go pretty fast. Also they sell equipment at reasonable prices. There are 4 slopes from beginner to advanced levels, Hea and Zeus lifts are installed on the north face of Mount Olympus and Aphrodite and Hermes lifts are installed at Sun Valley.
Travel
The apartments are a 20 mins drive from Paphos airport and 90 mins from Larnaca Airport. Car hire is not essential, there is a main bus route opposite the complex plus a taxi office opposite the complex. The local bus will take you to Paphos Old Town, Coral Bay, Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Market, and the Harbour. The Water Park is 5 mins. There are 2 travel agents to book local trips around the Island within a 2 minute walk, which picks up at the hotel next door to the complex.
Distances
The Old Town of Paphos with its daily market is 10 mins drive away. There is a bus stop opposite the complex and a taxi rank in the Avanti Hotel next to the bus stop. The Harbour is approximately 20 mins walk away. The Municipal Beach is 5 mins walk. Nearest bar 1 min, restaurants 2 mins, kiosk 1 min, bank 2 mins and car hire is 1 min away.
Further details
Banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, opticians, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars are all within 5 mins walking distance of the apartments. The main Paphos shopping centre boasts M&S, Next, as well as many other shops. It is worth noting that some shops close between 1pm and 3pm. Debenhams is situated in the tourist area near the Harbour along with numerous leather and souvenir shops. Paphos Water Park is a short bus ride (approximately 7 minutes) away also the Crazy Golf is near to the water park.
Booking notes
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 sterling on a 1 and 2 week booking. This deposit is non-refundable so we advise holiday insurance at the time of booking. This deposit should be paid within 7 to 10 days. The balance is paid 12 weeks prior to departure. Transport to/from the airport arranged with a local taxi firm, please request when booking.
