Situated high on hill with great views over Paphos and Coral Bay harbour. The new villa with private pool, garden with 4 recliners and several parasols, is in a peaceful area of outstanding beauty with wonderful walks behind the villa. Major supermarkets are only 5 mins away. Small taverna and coffee shop is a short walk away. The villa is situated on the edge of one of Cyprus's best new developments. A car is recommended to access the beach which is 10 mins away and Paphos town which is 10 mins drive. For children and adults there is a great water park 10 mins away and an animal and bird park. Restaurants and nightlife are 10 mins drive away so you have the peace and quiet at the villa but with lots of amenities close by. Use of exclusive facilities include sauna, heated indoor pool, Turkish bath, spa, gym and weight room, jacuzzi, 4 outdoor cascading pools. Tennis court, children's play area, jogging track and shop are available at St Nicolas until our own are built 5 mins away.

Changeover day
Arrivals after 3pm. Please vacate by 11am on the day of departure. We can be flexible on departure day if notified we will try to help you with flight times if there are no immediate bookings after yours. Please check with us. Changeover days flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Children must be supervised around the pool areas. Air-conditioning units are charged for and paid locally to management at 5 euros per unit per day. Beach towels not included.

Not suitable for wheelchair users. Fine for small children if supervised. Fine for elderly downstairs toilet and shower and double bedroom.

Outside private (natural heat pool 8 x 4m). Lights for night time. Note...pool is for for use of guests only. Barbecue, outdoor veranda table and 6 chairs, patio table and chairs, 4 recliners. Garden all private.

Coast/Beach
Beach Coral Bay 10 mins drive. Blue flag beach safe bathing kids, all types of water sports. Food areas. Or historic Paphos harbour fort area for all types of restaurants, strolling along harbour, indoor market daily, etc 10 mins drive away.
Golf
10 mins to Tsada golf club good rates. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills resort golf club 18 hole championship courses,
by car 20 mins.
Skiing
Skiing is from January-March at the Troodos Mountain resort Mount Olympus resort 45 mins drive approx.

Booking notes
Air-conditioning paid locally at 5 euros per unit per day to management locally. Security deposit for damages or missing items of £200 returned a week after the villa is checked and cleaned. A non returnable deposit of 30% of total price is required at point of booking with us. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the total amount is due when reservation is made. When balance of payment is due (usually 8 weeks before the start of the holiday).
Guest comments
Brand villa completed in 2009 April so only our family have stayed so far and have really loved it. Everything is brand new throughout and modern style, clean and high spec. Great Dream beds and pillows, for a peaceful nights sleep.
