The villa is set on a small hill. Air conditioning. Outside has its own 10x5m swimming pool. The pool area is in sun all day long with very spacious terraces (some with large shaded area) and large BBQ. Inside there is a living room, dining room with open plan kitchen. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sea and country side views all round. Approx 1km from beach and amenities.

Changeover day
Changeover dates are flexible.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 comprises of vanity unit, WC, bath with shower over 1 end with bath screen. Bathroom 2 comprises of vanity unit, WC, shower and enclosure. |
| Kitchen: | Large open plan kitchen with built in hob and oven, free standing fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all usual utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Outside to the rear the washing area has a washing machine in its own out building and washing line. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room has a 2 setter, 3 setter, single armchair there is a coffee table, 2 side tables, Sky TV, DVD player with surround sound that plays CDs and MP3. |
| Other: | Dining room has a table and 6 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned every week also the towels and linen are changed every week along with the pool. |
Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are 2 high quality travel cots. DVD player plays CDs on 5 speaker surround sound system. Also available on special request there are 3 further bedrooms 2 bathrooms open plan kitchen and living area.

Accessibility
The villa is well spaced out but as there is four levels to the villa there is quite a few different sets of stairs this would not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside is the best part of the villa with large BBQ, shaded patio with a garden table and chairs to the rear. The pool is tiled in 4 different shades of blue glass mosaics. All around the pool is a spacious and private sun bathing patio with sun loungers and umbrellas. Flower beds to 2 sides with established shrubs and plants with a marble balustrade with steps to a further large veranda and tiled patio with non slip tiles. There are a set of garden table and chairs there is another marble balastrade all with excellent sea and countryside views. There is a quite long concrete drive leading up to the house with gardens to both sides, there are a number of lights around the patios.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay can be seen from the 2 front terraces the coast line and beach is approx 2km away. The beach is a lovely long sand beach with bars and restaurants, water sports, sun beds, volie ball net with lots of parking and is easy to find.
Golf
There are several golf courses all very good approxi 10-15km.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx 40 mins. Paphos harbour is about 10 mins. There are bus stops at the end of the road and in Coral Bay. There are 2 main taxi ranks in coral bay and many car hire companies, car hire is highly recommended as its inexpensive and gives freedom to sight see.
Distances
Coral Bay with all amenities, bars, restaurants, clubs etc approx 2km. Paphos town and its amenities, shops, bars, etc is approx 8km also there are the Adonis Water Falls about 4km and Akorsos dam about 5km, bird and animal park this is about 6km and much more.

There is 3 banks in Coral Bay they open at 8am and close at 1pm.

A deposit is required to reserve the booking. The full payment is required at least 4 weeks before booking date.
