Villa Yonix is a brand new 3 bedroom villa, which has been tastefully furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, and offers a stylish and comfortable stay. The villa is fully air-conditioned which is provided at no extra cost. A Welcome Pack, linen and towels are provided. Villa Yonix offers 2 large patio areas and a private pool.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, guests are requested to vacate the villa by 11am on day of departure (a later departure time may be possible, please ask).
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has a king size double bed, double built in wardrobes, patio doors onto balcony area. En-suite with built in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 are spacious with double built in wardrobes and 2 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has a bath and shower facility with a shower curtain. En-suite with built in shower. Downstairs cloakroom. |
| Kitchen: | Well equipped kitchen with ample storage space, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors lead to the garden and patio. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge/dining area which can accommodate 8 guests. There are two large comfortable sofas in the living area (one of which is a sofa bed), TV, DVD/CD Player. Two sets of patio doors lead to the garden area and pool. |

Coast/Beach
There is a pebble beach at Aphrodites Rock 5 min drive, and a further 15 mins along the coast you will find Pissouri Bay with its fine sandy beach, cafes/restaurants and all water sports. Paphos/Coral Bay is a 25 min drive with beaches and shopping, well worth a visit.
Golf
Just two minutes from Villa Yonix, Secret Valley Golf Course is an 18 hole championship course playing to par 71.
Just 5 minutes from Villa Yonix, is the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, another 18 hole course of 6200 metres par72.
About 20 minutes from Villa Yonix, Tsada Golf Club nestles in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains, 500 metres above sea level, so cooler in the summer. A challenging 18 hole course laid out in 2 loops of 9 holes of 6000 metres in length and par 71.
Skiing
You can ski from the beginning of January to the end of March in the Troodos Mountains which are just an 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the villa.

Travel
Paphos International Airport is within a 15 minute drive. It is recommended that you hire a car for your stay. Flights are available daily into Larnaca 1 hour 15 minutes away and Paphos 10 minutes away. Car hire is available from either airport.

10-15 minute drive from Paphos Airport and 15 minutes from Paphos itself. 60 minutes drive from Larnaca.
Further details
There are small supermarkets in Kouklia (also 24 hour ATM) and Aphrodite Hills (both 5 minutes away). They both stock a range of foods, bread, water, drinks, wine, soap powders etc.
Booking notes
A £200 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to booking date. In addition, a £200 damage deposit is required which is refundable within 2 weeks after vacating the property subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Payment(s) to be made by cheque or bank payment.
