1 Free Car Hire on 2 week rentals (June-September)/ Free welcome packs on holiday bookings made before 28th of February.
2 10%-15% Discounts available on week and short break bookings. 3. Discounts on under occupancy less than 6 persons. 4. Commission paid on recommendations that result in bookings.
5. Premium discounts on long term bookings. Choose any offer. We will discuss any reasonable deals.

Changeover day
We are very flexible we will always try to allow you to stay in the property until you are ready to leave for the airport. We will not see you stood on the street with your luggage and loved ones, that is a promise.

Notes on accommodation
Pool/patio area are fenced off. Swimming Pool roman steps shallow end(0.8m) safe access for children,elderly and disabled. Air-conditioning included.

Gardens at front & rear (shaded) of villa, infinity heated pool 8m by 4m, BBQ, shower, covered outside dining area, bathing area, sun canopy, sunbeds, table & chairs.
Patio/pool area gated to prevent accidents.

2 Coral Bay Beaches are 5 min drive St Georges bay 10 mins Akamas peninsula 20 mins drive absolutely beautiful scenery. Laura beach for turtle watching 20 mins.
Paphos municipal beach 25 mins.

Peyia village has banks, numerous fabulous restaurants and takeaways, chemist, bakery, supermarkets, gym, police station, church.
Coral Bay is vibrant with excellent facilities to suit everyone. One thing is certain, you will never be bored.

Booking notes
All booking require 25% deposit full payment 8 weeks before departure. Small returnable deposit for breakages if you have booked previously the breakage deposit is not required.
