The large lounge (seats 10) leads into the kitchen which comes fully equipped with white goods and granite worktops. There is a large downstairs shower room and WC. Air conditioning is included. The dining room has patio doors to the covered terrace. Upstairs, all the bedrooms have patio doors to the large balcony and views to the valley and mountains and fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes with sliding mirror doors. The master bedroom has a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and two sets of patio doors. The upstairs family bathroom serves the other two double bedrooms; both have fitted wardrobes, patio doors to the balcony. Outside the villa is a 10x5 infinity swimming pool, large patio area with sunbeds surrounding the pool for sunbathing with a jacuzzi at the far end and BBQ.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has a 4 poster bed, dressing room with floor to ceiling mirror door on the fitted wardrobes with an en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Both have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with mirror doors. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite has a jacuzzi bath. Family bathroom serves the other 2 bedrooms. Large shower room with WC etc downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen comes fully equipped with white goods fridge freezer, electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and granite worktops. |
| Utility Room: | There is a separate utility area with a washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge seats 10, which has 2 sofa beds, Sky TV, and patio doors to the covered balcony which has a wicker sofa and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | There are towels (please bring your own beach towels) and linen included with a weekly change and clean, if you would prefer to have a daily maid please ask for price. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a food welcome pack included. Option to upgrade the pack if required to arrival, snack, English breakfast, healthy breakfast, Greek, or luxury food pack. Cot and high chair available as an optional extras. Air conditioning is included.
There is a large balcony upstairs with access from all three bedrooms each through patio doors. The master bedroom also has a private balcony.

There is a step to the front double opening door. There is a sofa bed and shower and WC on the ground floor.
Outside
The infinity 10x5 pool has stunning views down the valley and to the mountains with sunbeds and jacuzzi hot tub at the far end. There is also a BBQ a large table and wicker chairs and landscaped gardens. There are wicker sofa and chairs inthe covered arched terrace and upstairs sunny balcony.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located near Theletra which only 10-15 minutes drive away from Paphos, Latchi, Coral Bay. In all directions beaches are easily reached the blue flag Coral bay, snorkelling at the Sea Caves and St Georges bay, the nature reserve at Lara beach and Akamas, wind-surfing at Latchi which also has a marina.
Golf
Tasda golf course only 10km away.
Skiing
Skiing available between Christmas and March weather depended.

Further details
The villages of Kathikas and Strombi are less than 5 minutes drive which have banks, supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, Police station and winery.
