The 3 storey Dimitra villa has been furnished to the highest standard using only Armani Casa. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and two twins all with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with breakfast bar. Entertainment provided at the villa is provided by flat screen TV and PS3. Placed at the top of the resort with it's panoramic views over the Aphrodite Hills resort and the sea this property offers the clients a luxury retreat from the hustle and bustle of the many facilities on offer at Aphrodite Hills.

Accessibility
This property has a sloping drive leading up so would prove difficult for people with mobility problems due to the steepness of the plot.

From the covered terrace and landscaped gardens, to the surrounds of the 12x6m infinity pool, guests are able to use the open poolside shower or built in BBQ for outside dining.

Aphrodite Hills boasts it's own private beach club. Buses are available and run through the day from the 5*. Intercontinental Hotel on site. Paphos town harbour is a 20 minute drive away with it's bustling nightlife and entertainment.

The Aphrodite Hills Golf and Leisure Resort boasts everything you could possibly want from an 18 hole championship golf course plus golf academy and clubhouse.

Travel to Aphrodite Hills is just 15 minutes from Paphos International airport and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Larnaca.

On the Aphrodite Hills resort there is a cash point, pharmacy, car hire, excursion office, supermarket and kids club. Please note the kids club is only supervised at busy times of the year.
Booking notes
20% deposit is payable at time of booking with payment in full due 8 weeks before departure.
Any bookings made within 8 weeks of departure payment in full is required.

2 weeks: 60%
1 week: 100%
A refundable breakage deposit is required of £500 due with the final payment. This will be refunded, subject to any loss or damage within 2 weeks of your return.

'The Villa is in a stunning location with breath taking views that are only beaten by the superior quality of the internal decor. It is spacious and cleverly laid out with it's own pool and BBQ area making eating outside at home a nice change. The location is peaceful with an array of on-site amenities to suit all ages and tastes, however a short drive allows you to venture into town.
