This property is in a small block of just 5 properties and overlooks the pool. On the ground floor there is a covered patio area with table and chairs and a gas BBQ and a shower room and wc.

Changeover day
Changeover days are usually Wednesday and Saturday, we can be flexible. On changeover days you will have access to the apartment at 14.00. On departure days you will be required to vacate the apartment at 11.00. Late check out can sometimes be arranged.

Covered patio to rear of property with table and chairs. Private bathroom with shower, wc and hand basin. Property overlooks the communal pool which is shared with 4 other properties. Sun loungers to pool side. Umbrellas provided.
Coast/Beach
The large sandy beach at Coral Bay can be reached by car within 15 to 20 minutes. This beach has two cafe/bars,
toilet and shower facilities and sunbeds/umbrellas for hire. The beach at Kato Paphos, behind Alexander the Great Hotel
is smaller with similar facilities and can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
Golf
Minthis Hills Golf Course, (formerly Tsada Golf Course) is just 15 minutes drive away. This superb championship golf set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery. Designed by Donald Steel, this was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus in 1994 and it sits 550 metres above sea level, ensuring cool breezes during the summer months. 18 holes, Par 72, 6060 metres.
Secret Valley Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course set in a spectacular setting of mature trees with beautiful sculpted rock formations all around. The front 9 has 4 nice warm-up holes, two birdie opportunities and an easy dog-leg. The back nine is much more challenging. 18 holes, Par 72, 6120 metres.
Travel
The house is 20 minutes from Paphos airport. We can arrange taxi transfers on your behalf. If you decide to hire a car at the airport this should be arranged before hand. We can send you directions if you decide on this option. A car would be an advantage to access nearby areas.
Distances
Property is on the edge of Mesa Chorio, the village square is approximately 300 metres. Kato Paphos with its harbour area, beach, bars and the Mosaics 5km Coral Bay beach is approximately 7km. Tomb of the Kings approximately 4km.
Further details
The quiet village of Mesa Chorio has a taverna, The Terabinth Tree (owned by Gloria and Colin) and a small shop selling your day to day essentials. Mesogi village has several tavernas, including the Mesogi Arms, just a 2 minute drive away.
Kato Paphos has numerous bars and restaurants, with every taste catered for. Paphos town is a 5 minute drive away.
Booking notes
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 on a 1 and 2 week booking. This deposit is non-refundable so we advise holiday insurance at the time of booking. This deposit should be paid within 7 to 10 days. The balance is paid 12 weeks prior to departure. Transport to/from the airport arranged with a local taxi firm, please request when booking.
