This is a property for a young family (ideally) that appreciate the difficulty of travelling with young children. Our home has been dedicated to the safety of your children and the relaxation and ultimate enjoyment of your hard earned holiday. We have mobilised that small army of things you need so that when you arrive all you have to do is enjoy the glorious year round weather!

This development (Sunset Villas) was the 1st major development by the Developers (Paschalis) in the area of Pernera so it is a lot larger than anywhere else in terms of outside and inside space. The open plan layout downstairs lends itself perfectly to large gatherings or simply for the kids to play comfortably. Upstairs the bedrooms are large with kingsize beds and orthapaedic mattresses with tasteful linen and throws. Outside in the garden, you really will allow yourself to relax knowing your children cannot stray into the pool owing to the safety fence we have installed - so light up the barbecue and enjoy some al fresco dining in style.

There are a number of different restaurants and bars that are a mere 5 minute walk away that we would be happy to recommend which a couple have WiFi facilities for those craving to catch-up with work or Facebook/Twitter. Failing that, Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short drive away if clubbing to the early hours takes your fancy.

The 6x4m pool has a tastefully installed safety fence that will certainly maintain parents peace of mind. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse/cool off.

The garden is covered in high quality synthetic grass that is great for children to play on or for adults to rest a towel down and sunbathe on.

Owners have Cypriot origins so their knowledge of the Island is impeccable - no question will go unanswered.

 

Conditions

A non-refundable 25% deposit would be required to secure your booking date. The full balance would be due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A refundable damage deposit of £250/Euros300 will be taken in addition to final payment prior to arrival. It will be returned within 10 days following satisfactory inspection of the property after group departure.

Strictly no smoking in the house.

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the property. A damage deposit of £250/Euros300 will be taken in addition to final payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be returned within 10 days following inspection of the property.

We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. All bank charges are the responsibility of the tenants.

Check-in would be any time after 2pm and check-out would be by 12pm.

The landlord reserves the right to include or exclude bills (electricity/aircon; pool service and water).

Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged at a competitive cost.

Mid-stay cleans can also be arranged if required at the clients expense at a very competitive cost.

The loss of any key to the property will require the change of the lock and this will be chargeable at

Euros 50.00 per lock including spare keys - please try not to loose the keys!

Protaras / Pernera area

As of Spring 2009, there is now a beautiful walkway from Pernera all the way to Protaras. This is ideal for walks or training and it has regular covered seating benches along the way to sit down and enjoy the views. It is also lit up at nights which adds further romance and tranquility to it all.

Pernera has the luxury of having enough choice on its doorstep to not need to venture any further afield. From a wealth of different restaurants (Greek, Chinese, Steak House, Italian, Mexican and Indian), a water park with lifeguards, blue flag beaches with plentiful watersports and a scuba diving school.

One can also make use of WiFi at a couple of the bars in the area for those of you that need to keep up with some work or Facebook/Twitter.

All your essential requirements can be bought at a local supermarket (5 minutes walk away) and there is also a walk-in GP Surgery and Pharmacy (5 minutes walk away). There is a local bank with ATM that accepts all major cards including Maestro (again just 5 minutes walk).
