Sophia Heights is a first floor apartment set in the tranquil area of Ayios Elias, which is approx 2 mins drive or 10 min walk into Protaras Centre. Here you can find the famous church of Profitas Elias high up on the hill which looks spectacular at night when lit up and can be seen for miles around. The property can sleep up to 5 and comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. From the balcony and master bedroom there are views across the communal pool to the sea. To the front of the property there is a parking area for 1-2 cars.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There is a 10% discount on offer for Early Bird bookings made 365 days in advance. There are also Long Let booking discounts, 10% for 21 days, 15% for 28 days.
Last minute booking discount: 10% if within 14 days of departure.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. If a new arrival is due on your departure date then please be prepared to leave the apartment by 12 noon to allow enough time to have the apartment cleaned for the new arrival.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, ceiling fan and safety deposit box. Bedroom 2 with 2 x single beds, chest of drawers and hairdryer. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, bedside lamps and alarm clocks. |
| Bathrooms: | Recently refurbished bathroom with walk in shower area plus power shower, a wash basin, and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Recently refurbished and fully equipped with breakfast bar, gas hob, electric oven, microwave (combi), fridge (freezer box), kettle, toaster, adequate cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware, crockery, washing machine, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has adequate seating for 5 and includes a single sofabed. For your entertainment a TV, (Cyprus satellite), DVD player and a radio/CD player are provided, along with a small selection DVD/CD's, reading books and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are provided (please bring your own beach towels) - property cleaned once a week, mid-week towel/linen changes on request. |

Outside
The balcony, which overlooks the communal pool area, can be accessed from the lounge where you will find overhead and side awnings for shade from the midday sun (if required), together with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining! Directly across the road to the front of the apartment is the Ayios Elias Village complex and if open the restaurant, shop and bar facilities are also available to our guests.
Coast/Beach
It is a 15 min walk to one of the best beaches in Cyprus, the famous Fig Tree Bay, a glorious stretch of golden sands. Whilst the gentle surf and crystal clear waters here are ideal for children there is also numerous water sports on offer including paragliding, jet skis, water skiing, speed boat hire and boat trips. For those a little bit more adventurous there is excellent Scuba diving around the rocky coves of the nearby Cape Greco peninsula.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca and is approx 40 mins drive from Protaras. Car hire is not essential - airport transfers can be arranged if required.
We can also offer competitive prices for off-airport parking, to include airport drops and pick ups, if travelling from Luton Airport in the UK - please request details at point of enquiry.
Distances
Protaras is on the South East Coast of the island situated between Cape Greco and the town of Paralimni. A car is not essential as it is only a 10 min walk to the centre of Protaras which offers a numerous choice of shops, tavernas, restaurants and bars. For those of you looking for something a little livelier the busy resort of Ayia Napa is only 10 mins drive away. Taxis are available in Protaras Centre for a minimum charge.
Further details
Protaras centre offers all the amenities of a local town including numerous supermarkets, banks and shops all within walking distance. There is also a tourist information centre which offers not only an abundance of information about the places of interest in the local area but also the rest of Cyprus which has a wealth of fascinating history and archaeological treasures.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure together with a fully refundable (providing no damage has occured during your stay) £100 security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your return.
Cancellation refunds as follows:
Up to 8 weeks - no further cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks - 50% of total cost refunded.
2-4 weeks - 25% of total cost refunded.
Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
